1. COMPRESSION LUG. Standard Copper compression lug is sized to ensure a cool running connection with maximum current transfer.

2. SEMICONDUCTING INSERT. Precision molded peroxide cured semiconducting insert provides corona-free electrostatic shielding of the compression connector.

3. SEMICONDUCTING SHIELD. Precision molded peroxide cured semiconducting shield provides ground shield continuity.

4 .INSULATION LAYER. High quality peroxide cured EPDM Insulation is mixed and formulated in-house for complete control of rubber characteristics.

5. CABLE ADAPTER. Molded cable adapter, sized to fit cable insulation diameters from (16.3mm to 39.1 mm) 0.642 inches to 1.539 inches, provides stress relief for the terminated cable.

6. CAPACITIVE TEST POINT. Capacitive test point on molded T-Body with snap-on cap provides a shielded, hot stick operable means to determine circuit condition.

7. STUD. Zinc plated, threaded steel stud.

8. CONDUCTIVE RUBBER CAP. Provide a complete grounding system.

9. INSULATING PLUG. Real time collecting conductor temperature field is realized by means of thermal sensor inside of plug, and also provides excellent electrical , thermal and mechanical reliability.

10. DRAIN WIRE TAB. Drain wire tabs provide a convenient point to connect drain wire to ensure grounding of the connector shield.

11. CAPACITIVE TEST POINT. Capacitive test point on molded T-Body with snap-on cap provides a shielded, hot stick operable means to determine circuit condition.
